Run home sample collection without losing a tube
Scheduling by travel time, live tracking, chain of custody and your existing HIS. Built for hospitals, not for a lab chain.
Scheduling by travel time
Slots are offered against where the phlebotomist will actually be, not against a wishful grid. The plan flags stops it cannot reach before the day starts.
A record for every tube
Barcoded at the point of draw, scanned into the bag, scanned out at the bench. A missing sample is noticed at handover, not at month end.
Into your existing system
Results and billing flow into the hospital software you already run, so nobody keys the same patient twice.
Common questions
How much does home blood sample collection cost?
The tests cost the same as at the hospital. A home visit charge is added, usually between 100 and 200 rupees, and most hospitals waive it above a certain order value.
Is a home-collected blood sample as reliable as one taken at the lab?
Yes, provided the tube reaches the lab inside its stability window. That window is a few hours for some tests, so a good service tracks the time from draw to bench and flags anything running late.
How long does a home collection take?
About ten minutes at the door. Reports follow the lab's usual turnaround, most commonly the same evening or the next morning.
Do I need to fast before the test?
Only for some tests, such as fasting sugar and lipid profile. You are told when you book and reminded the evening before. Water is always fine.
